At Vinra, we stand behind the quality of every watch and piece of jewelry we sell.

Coverage

All Vinra products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase. This includes defects in materials or workmanship, such as a faulty clasp, loose stone setting (not caused by impact), or plating defect.

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, water damage (unless the product is specifically listed as waterproof), loss or theft, damage from improper use or storage, or repairs carried out by anyone other than Vinra.

What You'll Receive

If your item is found to have a covered manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

How to Submit a Claim

Fill out the form below with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will reply within 2–3 business days with next steps. Proof of purchase (your order number or receipt) is required for all warranty claims.
